Prakriti(as per Ayurveda) Vata, Pitta and Kapha are the three biological elements which constitute the structural and functional units of all the living cells, tissues, organs and body as a whole. These elements are called Doshas. These three Doshas originate from Five basic elements i.e. Earth, Water, Energy, Air and Space.
